    This is an exciting role for someone who can lead both strategy and execution for paid channels in partnership with our agency. The Paid Search Manager is a critical part of the team, responsible for creating, managing, and growing our PPC campaigns in order to drive traffic and sales. The Paid Search manager is responsible for analyzing and optimizing campaigns with a constant eye on improving our KPIs. In addition to being a strong campaign manager, this person will partner with the agency to optimize our paid search processes, bidding & competitive strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Extensive expertise in paid search and retargeting
    • Create and execute successful keyword management, creative testing, and bidding strategies on PPC search engines to effectively achieve customer acquisition goals.
    • Experience in creating, testing, tracking, analyzing, optimizing and implementing paid media campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, DSP’s and other media platforms
    • Experience managing paid social media, programmatic advertising, Amazon advertising, as well as web analytics and tag management a plus
    • Measure and analyze campaign data, balancing individual keyword and campaign lifetime value with customer acquisition costs.
    • Coordinate forecasts and budgeting with other members of the online marketing team and Senior leadership team.
    • Work with designers and marketing team to concept new landing page designs and optimize conversion funnels.
    • Drive continuous improvement and implementation of best practices through all paid channels.
    • Ongoing knowledge of evolving digital media tools, trends, tactics, as a resource for agency teams
    • General expertise in analytics, measurement, reporting activities and dashboards
    • Ability to aggregate and output data into visual reports communicating overall KPI related insight
    • Develop and evolve tagging specs for campaigns and site functionality

    Qualifications

    • 4+years relevant experience in paid search management
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • Extensive experience with AdWords, adCenter, Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, DSP’s etc.
    • Experience with site analytics programs for digital media analysis (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of digital media best practices
    • Understanding of multi-channel marketing, digital planning, and strategy
    • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent critical thinking and organizational 
    • ADWords Certification
