The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting and responding to internal and external customer inquiries and issues via phone calls, social media and emails. This position will also be responsible for making outbound calls to customer regarding sales promotions, as well as monitoring all order processing interferences.
We are seeking 5 Customer Care Reps to work 40 hours per week and 5 Customer Care Reps to work 34 hours per week at our home office in Moorestown, NJ.
Must be able to work nights and weekends
