  • Overview

    As the leader of our traditional, digital and analytical marketing teams, the Sr. Director of Insights & Analytics is responsible for setting our overall marketing strategy designed to grow market share and sales by profitably driving traffic to our websites and retail locations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop marketing plan in support of organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
    • Manage a significant marketing budget, optimized across multiple traditional and digital media channels to balance branding/acquisition with direct response initiatives.
    • Oversee all digital channels including but not limited to paid search, display, and affiliate marketing,
    • Lead team, including agency partners, that executes marketing, advertising and promotional activities aimed at driving traffic to our websites and our retail stores
    • Partner with operational and merchant leads to ensure marketing initiatives align with channel and product sales plans, launches of new lines of business, etc.
    • Oversee marketing analytics team that evaluates and reports on media and promotional performance, as well as performs primary research to provide insight into brand perceptions and key consideration factors for current and future customers.
    • Constantly builds team capabilities through data-driven leadership and mentoring, as well as evaluation of innovations in marketing technology and strategic thinking.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, with at least 7 years of experience leading marketing and/or eCommerce teams.
    • Experience engaging with company executives to align organizational goals with a strategic marketing plan that can be executed at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven track record in evaluating and implementing new marketing technologies aimed to deepen the customer experience to drive incremental sales and/or brand affinity.
    • Significant experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
