    The Customer Service Representative Temp will be responsible for answering and troubleshooting incoming phone calls, sending customer emails and taking phone orders. This position will also be responsible for processing refunds and credits. This a 4-5 month full time opportunity Wednesday through Sunday with the following schedule:Weds-Fri 10:30am-7pm and Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm.


    • Ability to troubleshoot & research problems
    • Process refunds and credits
    • Respond to customer inquiries via email or over the phone
    • Strong understanding of the Internet and e-commerce shopping
    • Verbal and written business communication skills


    • At least 2 years retail background or call center experience required
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Work well in an individual and/or team setting
    • Strong Multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience required
    • Fluency in Spanish and English a plus
