    This senior level position is responsible for all aspects of web product and promotion analytics while guiding the cross-functional partners in strategic business decisions based on robust analytics. Lead the collaboration between web operations, merchandising, planning, allocation, and marketing by providing strategic oversight and comprehensive analysis into all aspects of the web business. This position will have ownership over the web product analytics function for all 3 merchandising divisions across multiple web sites. Seeking an innovative and influential leader who will drive online sales and bottom line profitability.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead all aspects of web business analytics, providing key data insights through the creation and refinement of dashboards, predictive modeling, and expanding the existing analytics scope
    • Drive improved performance through testing, tracking, and causal analysis
    • Collaborate and guide the MP&A team on all aspects of the eCommerce merchandising and promotional strategies to ensure achievement of sales and margin objectives
    • Partner with digital marketing and web operations to develop and execute new online initiatives and campaigns to drive conversion and increase revenue
    • Represent the eCommerce business in all Product Lifecycle Meetings to guide the buying and planning teams on product selection, breadth and depth
    • Provide recommendations to adjust purchasing levels, pricing, liquidation, and allocation strategies to optimize inventory ROI
    • Create and execute a business planning process that incorporates inputs from all key stakeholders, using analytics to establish a clear path forward

    Qualifications

    • 5 years leadership experience in eCommerce planning and analytics, preferably in apparel
    • Demonstrated track record of increasing eCommerce revenues in an omni channel business model
    • Strong business acumen and experience in data science and business intelligence
    • Solid experience managing a team and influencing cross-functional alignment
    • Position requires a 4 year bachelor’s degree
    • Curious and tenacious with creative problem-solving skills
    • Effective and persuasive positive communication style that can translate across the organization
