  • Overview

    The Logistics Specialist is responsible for approval of all shipments within the domestic and international supply chain from point of departure to final delivery destination. Position will oversee domestic product movement for our store and consumer shipments.

    Responsibilities


    • Responsibility for daily origin approvals, consolidation & communication for ocean & air (import, export & occasional fabric) shipments for all active origins.

    • File required Importer Security Filing (ISF) for each shipment arriving into United States.

    • Review areas of logistics activity to ensure flow of shipments and merchandise to the DC is on time. Ensure all documentation as required for customs entry is received timely and accurately.

    • Review inbound and outbound shipments into 3PL Distribution Center and US Distribution Center for International Partners & transportation agents.

    • Update and enter logistics data activity to ensure monthly reporting data can be completed.

    • Review & maintain master store shipping schedule, provide store shipping files when holidays occur, upload to ERP for the Distribution Pick Process to occur.

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize initiatives.

    • Strong problem-solving techniques.

    • Strong communication verbal and written to internal and external parties.

    • Complete other tasks as assigned by manager for other logistics related activity.

    Qualifications


    • Minimum of 5 years experience of global transportation operations

    • College Education preferred

    • Excellent Math skills

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Strong Computer skills

    • Strong Communication – Verbal and Written

    • Excel
