  • Overview

    The CRM Campaign Manager will manage the day-to-day responsibilities related to developing customer insights, executing customer communication programs and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of our customer base to create impactful programs that increase consumer loyalty and drive incremental sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day liaison for managing both internal and external resources dedicated to the CRM Database, Customer Marketing and Marketing Analytics.
    • Develop campaign targeting and execute list pulls for customer-focused communications (direct mail, email, social, mobile, targeted display, etc.) that aligns with our overall communication strategy.
    • Provide post-event analysis on all CRM efforts and make recommendations to improve future campaigns.
    • Create and implement reports and dashboards that snapshot customer trends, database condition and marketing results.
    • Oversee budgets related to the management of the CRM Database, as well as various Analytic projects.
    • Serve as subject matter expert for all elements of our CRM engine and continually strive to improve the size, quality and content of our customer database.
    • Manage special analytic programs as needed, including items like statistical modeling, consumer research, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 2-4 years relevant work experience
    • Experience with Campaign Management (such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign or Unica) and/or Business Intelligence (such as Tableau, Microstrategy or Cognos) a plus
    • Strong working knowledge of relational databases and SQL query language. Experience with SAS a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
    • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced retail environment
    • Outstanding presentation skills and ability to present point of view to leadership team
