The Marketing Coordinator of Creative Services plays a pivotal role in the execution process, steering campaigns across the print, digital, and mobile landscapes, maintaining the workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and working with internal clients. The PM also is in charge of defining and maintaining digital asset management.
The ideal candidate for the position is well-versed in new and on-the-cusp project management protocol, is an excellent communicator, and can transition from one project to another with ease—all while keeping the creative services team on track with deliverables. He/she is a positive face for our department and works with a can-do attitude.
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in a related environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Word. Adobe suite programs are a plus.
- Extremely detail oriented
- Assertive but flexible
- Has prior experience in project management in both digital and print capacity
- Innovative, can take ownership and has a strong eye for detail
- Excellent positive attitude.
