The Assistant Manager of Field Communications & Training uses their writing skills and creativity to develop effective, comprehensive communication and training strategies for our field management team and stores. This includes developing communication plans for long-term projects, creating instructional tools, contributing to weekly and monthly field newsletters, and maintaining field policies and procedures. This position assists in maintaining the communications project calendar and acts as an editor for the Field Communications Coordinator.
The Assistant Manager of Field Communications supports a wide range of projects while upholding a consistent voice that reflects our brand and adapts to suit the changing needs of the field and retail industry.
