Destination Maternity Corporation is looking for a motivated, results-driven leader to create, build and implement strategic initiatives that drive sales and conversion across all digital touchpoints, while increasing our brand positioning as the global leader of maternity fashion.  The ideal candidate will have deep interactive expertise with a history of evaluating and leveraging innovative new to drive customer acquisition, user experience and consumer engagement, both on our websites and in our stores.


  • Set the vision and develop digital marketing plans and objectives across all digital touch points (including PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.)
  • Lead digital marketing team, including agency and vendor relationships
  • Develop campaign strategy based on sales goals, seasonal trends and topical themes and implement digital media support accordingly
  • Partner with creative services team to build and execute content strategy across all digital touch points
  • Set and allocate marketing media budgets to support store and website sales and traffic goals, maintaining day-to-day responsibility for forecasting, accruals and reporting in partnership with finance and our agency partners
  • In partnership with the merchant, planning and allocation, and eCommerce teams, identify business drivers to guide the development of weekly, monthly and quarterly promotional roadmap
  • Champion attribution and optimization initiatives to better inform media mix, improve marketing effectiveness and strengthen financial performance and profitability
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly hindsights to our internal marketing team, business leadership and cross functional partners as necessary
  • Partner with web team to build site experiences that intuitively engage our customers and improve key performance metric, including leveraging marketing technology for a/b testing and UX improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as digital marketing subject matter expert providing thought leadership and evaluation of new technologies and opportunities in the digital marketing space


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 10+ years proven experience managing effective digital marketing programs
  • Solid understanding of current digital marketing concepts and expertise in direct response digital media including Paid and Organic Search, Display, CSE’s, etc.
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics programs (Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with fashion and/or specialty retail preferred
  • Strong experience leading agency partners through effective communication, project management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills and ability to present point of view to leadership team
