The Senior Accountant, reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, is responsible for corporate accounting functions, including journal entries, G/L account analysis and reconciliations, spreadsheet preparation and maintenance, monthly closing tasks, selected Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) controls testing, and special projects.

Prepare and post journal entries for accrued liabilities, advertising, stock-based compensation, equity, miscellaneous receivables, prepaids, and other assets and liabilities
Prepare monthly payroll entries and perform an analysis ofpayroll
Analyze accounts and prepare account reconciliations
Prepare monthly internal financial statements
Assist with treasury accounting procedures and communicate with banks
Support Tax accounting and return preparation
Assist with preparation of Forms 10-Q/K to be filed with the SEC
Preparation of support documentation for filed Forms 10-Q/K
Quarterly review of XBRL tagging in Forms 10-Q/K
Interact directly with the Company’s external auditors
Perform selected Sarbanes-Oxley 404 testing and related documentation
Maintain accounting software
