The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for troubleshooting and responding to customer inquiries and issues via e-mails, social media and phone calls. This position will also be responsible for monitoring all order processing interfaces.

This a 34 hours per week full-time opportunity for our evening and weekend shift for the following days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday.


  • Ability to troubleshoot & research problems
  • Process refunds and credits
  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media DM, email or phone
  • Strong understanding of the Internet and e-commerce shopping
  • Verbal and written business communication skills


  • At least 2 years in a customer service/call center environment; ecommerce preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Work well in an individual and/or team setting
  • Customer service oriented with pleasant positive demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience required
  • Fluency in Spanish and English a plus
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
